This Instructor Training Clinic provides hands-on, specialized training that will equip you with the skills, techniques, and insights necessary to effectively introduce a new generation to the flooring industry.

Your participation will not only enrich your teaching but also contribute to a stronger, connected community of educators. Tuition for this weeklong program is $2500. There are scholarship opportunities available from FCEF for qualified participants.

This comprehensive training program is designed for individuals who will be teaching Basic Floor Covering Installation multi-week courses in collegiate or trade school settings. It is aimed at preparing instructors to lead floor covering installation programs effectively.

By the end of the training, participants will earn a CFI Instructor License, renewable annually, allowing them to instruct on behalf of CFI (Certified Floorcovering Installers). The curriculum is designed to cover a wide range of essential flooring skills and product knowledge, with a focus on practical applications and instructional techniques.
