FCEF SCHOLARSHIP AWARD LETTER: TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) All Floor Covering Education Foundation (FCEF) scholarships are credited against approved Floorcovering Education Training Provider (FETP) courses tuition charges only. 2) This award is offered to only a limited number of applicants annually. If you wish to reserve this award, your application must be received by the FCEF Office as soon as possible. 3)All additional fees, including the employer contributions, etc., must be submitted as required and are not covered by this offer. 4) This award offer, as well as the continued validity of your admission to the approved FETP course, is contingent upon your timely adherence to all requirements. 5) Your continued eligibility for this award is contingent upon your participation in contacting the FCEF office for continued follow-up communications such as email or phone call. 6) This award will serve as a release notice and agreement of data or information deemed necessary by the FCEF specific to your journey through the floorcovering industry, pictures or videos provided to or taken during the training course for FCEF reporting, marketing, advertising, or as deemed necessary by the FCEF.
